I understand that coaching can be a difficult process that may require the additional support of a therapist or other mental health professional. I agree that I have a therapist and/or access to one should I need additional mental health support, or should Kate recommend this as a necessary step in our process.
I understand that refunds are not available.
I understand that client calls are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and that I can't be guaranteed a time slot on other days.
I understand that I have limited time to use my sessions, and that there is a $250/month fee for extending sessions beyond that time.
