This group will specifically focus on each other's 90-day goal to ensure our success!

This Group Coaching is specifically designed to support and help people in achieving their 90-day goal. This group is for people that want and need the support of others, looking for accountability, help to get there, brainstorm, or want to be supported along the way!
Each person will work on 1 specific goal during our time together, if the goal is too big to accomplish within the 90 days we will discuss and break it down into smaller chunks so you can accomplish and complete a section of the goal. If the goal is achieved earlier than expected, you can add your next goal or next steps to the remaining time we have together.
The main benefit is that you are not alone, you have a team around you to help guide you through the journey, brainstorm, solve problems and push you if and when needed or required.
Individual successes are celebrated & problems are solved collectively through mutual support.

* Small group of 4-10 people
* Group classes 1.5 - 2 Hrs
