I will follow this powerful call up with an email that includes what you need: notes from our call, customized recipes, a plan of action, or bonus resources that are specific to you and your journey to reference at any time.

I get it! While meal plans are not the long-term, sustainable change we often need, they CAN help us get new ideas, play in the kitchen, and help us to feel so much better so we can keep going with that momentum. :-)


I will create a completely customized 7-day meal plan for you based on your likes and dislikes, health goals, cuisine preferences, amount of people you're serving, and amount of time you have to cook. I will take the guesswork out for you. You'll receive the plan (suggestions for each meal and snack) along with a complete grocery list and all the recipes!

Personal Fitness Training

Personal Training; 10 sessions

This package consists of ten 45-minute one-on-one personal training sessions in your home, backyard, or nearby park. I bring any equipment needed with me. You will learn new exercises as well as proper form and technique as I take you through a customized workout plan. We will have fun and we will work hard!

*Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule an appointment. I do understand that life happens, so, the first class you cancel is on me (you will not be charged). Any additional cancellations within a package will result in a charge of half a class.
