10 week holiday coaching package

In this special holiday coaching package, your loved one (or you?) will be taken through the first 10 weeks of my 12-month program. We will cover mindset shifts, habits, emotional eating and strategies to combat cravings. We practice mindful eating and 2 very foundational, incredibly important daily integrations that will have your loved ones feeling better and more in control with their food intake without us even getting into the nitty gritty nutrition. In those 10 weeks I will curate a customized nutrition plan with simple-to-follow portion size recommendations specific to their starting place and goals. They will also receive 7 full weeks of virtual fitness training complete with a customized workout routine they can do from anywhere (with minimal equipment needed). And, probably most important, they get a coach for 10 full weeks.... 70 days. Unlimited support, guidance, and accountability is everything when someone is upgrading their lifestyle.
