Terms:
You accept my Terms by either:
(c) written confirmation that you accept, including by email.
You are committing to a fortnightly group therapy program over a maximum term of 8 months. Group will run regularly each fortnight with the exception of some public holidays or if the facilitator is away teaching, the group date may be moved forward or backward.
There may be times due to restrictions, lockdowns or other unforeseen events that group may be required to run online via zoom. If this is the case, participants will be sent a link to join online via zoom.
Payment for all sessions is required regardless of non-attendance.

As required under Australian Consumer Law, I guarantee that the Services I will supply to you are rendered with due care and skill; fit for the purpose that I advertise. I cannot guarantee you will take the necessary actions identified in this program or achieve a specific result. What you achieve through this program is your choice and responsibility.
If you have any dissatisfaction with the service being offered it is your responsibility to communicate that to me so your needs can be addressed.
Throughout the working relationship, I will engage in direct and personal conversations. I seek to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. If you believe the therapy and coaching is not working as desired, please communicate that with me as soon as possible so we can find a resolution.
Your feedback is important to me. I seek to resolve your concerns quickly and effectively. If you have any feedback or questions, please contact me.
The complainant (you) must tell the respondent (me) in writing, the nature of the dispute, what outcome you are seeking and what action you think will settle the dispute. We agree to meet in good faith to seek to resolve the dispute by agreement between us.
If we cannot agree on how to resolve the dispute, either of us may refer the matter to a mediator. The mediator will decide the time and place for mediation. We must attend the mediation recommended by the mediator, in good faith, to seek to resolve the dispute through mediation or other alternative dispute resolution processes.
Any attempts made by either of us to resolve a dispute pursuant to this clause shall be without prejudice to any other rights or entitlements of the parties under these Terms, by law or in equity.
You acknowledge that I am not a psychologist, psychiatrist, or otherwise medically trained. I am not medically qualified to assess and diagnose your physical or mental condition. If you are in any doubt, please seek expert medical advice before using my Services.
To the extent I am able to at law, I exclude all express or implied representations, conditions, guarantees, warranties and terms relating to the Services or this agreement except those set out in this agreement.
