A class for those of us who are always putting self-care off.

In this 6 week class we will focus on self-care 101. Each week we will focus on a different area of self-care, make a plan and hold each other accountable.

This class is perfect for:
Parents who have put self-care on the back burner because of kids.
Women who work for themselves (and never seem to stop)
People who put everyone else's needs in front of their own.

This class will be on-line so you can be anywhere in the world. The sessions will be recorded and sent after each class.

Together we determine your customized plan of getting you the satisfaction you want in your life.

This is the plan where we dig deep into your life as it is now and see where you’d like to make changes.

We can keep it completely open session to session and dig for meaning with what comes up OR you can create a plan (with my help) to determine specific areas of focus.

We begin with a self-care assessment to determine where your self-care is now and where it needs to be in order for you to thrive in your life. This a natural place for beginning work on building hope and gratitude practices.

Values and Vision: Together we determine what is most important to you and what you’d like your life to look and feel like now and in the future. We’ve only got one life and we’ve got about half of it left. Living the last half with more intention is my plan. Sounds like yours too.

Clarity and Confidence: Exploring what is important to you in terms of your career and personal life including your health. Making conscious choices in how you invest your time and energy to make sense in your life both at home and at work

Self-Care SOS: 3-Month 1:1 Private Coaching

For when you are struggling to take care of yourself without lots of coffee to get you going in the morning and lots of wine to wind down at night.

Investment: $1500

In the Self-Care SOS 3 Month Program:

We assess where your self-care is now and where it needs to be.

We determine your habit type so we can determine your personalized plan of action and your accountability.

We determine what habits and practices you need to develop for your body, mind, emotional life and spiritual life.

We put together a plan, we put together a backup plan, we uncover obstacles and roadblocks.

In the coaching process we also unearth underlying core beliefs which are getting in the way and establish new ways of thinking and being in the world.
