Deep Rhythm is a space for expansive dance journeys, bringing together the focus of conscious dance & movement meditation practice with the magical freedom of DJ-led journeying. Music will be our container, guide and medicine. There will be a warm-up, two deep dives into the waves and a tea break. No talking on the dance-floor; dancing solo, in relationship and as a tribe are all possible and encouraged. Music policy - deep sounds from immersive to soulful, electronic to organic, ancient to future.
