Private consultations and South Park training require pre-payment in order to hold your appointment time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to appointment time will result in a refund, less a $75 processing fee. Full refunds will be issued for clients removing their dog from the calendar more than 3 days before the appointment date less a $20 processing fee. No call / no show appointments are not refunded. We only book one appointment at a time; we require the courtesy to let us know if you are unable to make your appointment so that another client may take your spot.

You must contact us at paulasdogservices@hotmail.com to request a refund; these are NOT automatically issued via our registration system.

Before scheduling classes please check the dates for availability. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer make up classes. Classes will be held every 5 week up until October. Please be aware if your dog is easily excited in the outdoors you will need to book a consultation with me. We will then be able to teach him some skills indoor before he heads out to learn his outdoor skills.
