• All Gift Certificates, Packages, and Subscriptions are subject to the terms of the cancellation policy

Gift Certificates

• Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
• All gift certificates expire 6 months from date of purchase.
• Refunds will not be issued for expired or partially used gift certificates.

Packages

• Packages may be shared by family members by using the provided Redemption Code.
• All packages expire 6 months from date of purchase.
• Packages which have been partially used cannot be refunded.
• Refunds will not be issued for expired packages.

Subscriptions

• Subscription Plans are billed on a monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time.
• Subscription Plans may be shared by family members by using the provided Redemption Code.
