To ensure that every client is serviced in an efficient and timely manner. Services not booked during the time of booking may be refused. Any appointment not cancelled or rescheduled online 24 hours before, will forfeit their deposit. "No show" appointments will forfeit deposit and be refused future services. Deposits are only transferable if rescheduled online 24 hours or more in advance. Texting or emailing will not suffice as a rescheduled appointment. Being later than 15 minutes will result in forfeit of deposit and being later than 20 minutes will result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeit of deposit.
