Yoga for Crawler - Two Years Old
This yoga class for our youngest yogis, is an experience to learn, grow and have fun through songs, stories, rhyme and play, all while discovering age appropriate yoga postures and breathing techniques. As a little one's mobility increases and their perception of the world grows, yoga is a great way to create awareness of their growing body and learn to breath through the difficult moments of an expanding mind.
Child and caregiver will work together to explore and play in this 45 minute class.
Help to prepare your mind and body for the journey of birth, find comfort through pregnancy and build a community of other mamas with prenatal yoga. Through the physical postures of yoga, breath work and relaxing meditation, your body and mind will feel ready to bring your baby into the world in whichever way you choose. All levels are welcome.
Yoga for new moms and babies age 6 weeks to crawling - Create community and get your body moving safely with this yoga class for new moms and their babies. Gently reconnect with your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles while practicing close to your baby. We recommend that you begin this practice after consulting with your care provider regrading resuming physical activity.
