There are no refunds available for sessions and all sales are final. With the exception of a 90-Day program, your package or session must be used within 60 days. If you have given a deposit to hold your spot, that deposit is also non- refundable.
If you need to reschedule, do so by clicking "reschedule" at the bottom of your appointment confirmation/reminder email. The calendar will allow you to reschedule appointments no earlier than 36 hours before the avaialble time.
Please understand that time is limited, so when you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment that slot shows as taken, so no one else could book it. When scheduled lesson time is being consumed for a person’s individual attention, then that time is forever lost if course fees are refunded.
