Questions or concerns regarding appointments should be directed via text to 443-380-0491 with your name and your issue or concern. Tuesday - Friday ONLY, 9am-7pm.

Booking Policy- All reservations require a deposit or full payment to reserve your appointment.

Cancellation Policy- All reservations (not including classes) must be cancelled or rescheduled 24HRS BEFORE the appointment time via your cancellation email. This includes making changes to the booked services.

Changes made to reserved services (AFTER 24hr cancellation period) will not be partially refunded.

All appointments that result in a “No Call No Show” or same day cancellation by the client or by BrowoloJy due to the clients lateness are non-refundable/non-transferable & charged in full. If there is a balance due on your missed appointment and the card on file is unable to be charged, you will receive an invoice. Future appointments will not be allowed until payment is made.

PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE 10 MINS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED RESERVATION to allow enough time for finding parking. If you are EARLY for your appt, send a TEXT (443-380-0491) and we will let you know if it’s ok to enter the suite. Please text in advance if you are going to be late to ensure we can accommodate you.
