Join me and a group of like-minded mums in this 4 month container of turning inward and exploring the deeper aspects of yourself and your needs.
Monthly Circles for the winter at the beautiful Heartland Studio on the Aldinga Scrub - Sunday mornings 10-1230.
Then in September we will walk into spring. A group walk and talk including walking meditation in the Aldinga Scrub.
We stay connected in between with a private chat thread and weekly journal prompts to keep us exploring between circles.
