Counselling Terms & Conditions

The Counselling services offered by Suzanne D'offay De Rieux at OneLove Counselling are for Individuals and couples who are seeking support to overcome mental, emotional, behavioural, relational and/or spiritual challenges that is affecting overall wellbeing. The counselling relationship is unique and is based on mutual trust. Counselling helps you to gain greater clarity in moving forward and helps you identify solutions that feels right for you. Whatever the difficulties you face now, my commitment to you is to offer a professional, safe, confidential and supportive space, and guidance (not advice) to work through your struggles until you find resolve at your own pace. Counselling is most effective when experienced at weekly frequencies, then gradually extending to fortnightly meetings, towards completion to Monthly/Bimonthly, in monitoring your progress and close of relationship.

CANCELLATION
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, you have 24hrs before the appointment to notify Suzanne for rescheduling. If you choose to cancel your appointment and not reschedule within the 24hrs window it will be considered a missed appointment. There are no refunds for counselling sessions once initiated. If you sign up for my services, you are committing to attending all sessions and adhere to all agreements we make.

PSYCH-K Terms & Conditions

The PSYCH-K® process is strictly limited to the modification of beliefs. Its purpose is to engage the mind/body's natural self healing processes in order to complement, not replace, usual, customary, and reasonable medical treatment and medical care by qualified medical practitioners. The PSYCH-K® process is not designed to diagnose medical conditions, nor treat, heal, or cure any disease, illness, physical disability, medical problem or mental illness, whether chronic or acute. PSYCH-K® is not a replacement for appropriate medical attention or professional mental health care. PSYCH-K is not medical advise, and should not be treated as such. The Myrddin Corporation and the PSYCH-K® Centre International, along with the Facilitator expressly disclaim responsibility, and shall have no liability, for any damages, loss, injury, or liability whatsoever suffered as a result of your reliance on PSYCH-K processes for engaging the mind/body's natural self-healing response.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES

The Facilitator (Suzanne D'offay De Rieux MBACP) does not give medical advice or engage in the practice of medicine. PSYCH-K® Facilitation is provided "as is," without any representations or warranties, express or implied. PSYCH-K is not an alternative to medical advice from your doctor or any other professional healthcare provider. If you have any specific questions about any medical matter it is your sole responsibility to choose whether to consult a doctor or other professional healthcare provider. The Facilitation of PSYCH-K® Health & Wellbeing processes does not create any patient - physician relationship.

FACILITATION

I acknowledge that by engaging the individual named above for Facilitation of PSYCH-K and PSYCH-K Health and Wellbeing balances, I am holding her harmless from any damages, loss, injury, or liability whatsoever that i might suffer as a result of my reliance on PSYCH-K® processes for engaging my mind/body's natural self-healing response. I agree that I am responsible for my own life and it's unfolding. As an expression of my responsibility I am seeking assistance with the beliefs that manifest my reality, but the actual manifestation of that reality is up to me.

Further, I agree not to teach any PSYCH-K® processes that i may learn or intuit to others in any way. I agree that leaving the Facilitation of PSYCH-K® Health & Wellbeing processes in the hands of those who have been specifically trained to do it helps maintain the integrity of the process, which is a benefit to me and all others who use PSYCH-K®
