OneLove Counselling

The Counselling service offered by Suzanne at OneLove Counselling are for Individuals and couples who are seeking support to overcome mental, emotional, behavioural, relational and/or spiritual challenges that is affecting overall wellbeing. The counselling relationship is unique and is based on mutual trust. Counselling helps you to gain greater clarity in moving forward from the problem you face in helping you identify solutions that feels right for you. Whatever the difficulties you face now, Suzanne's commitment to you is to offer a professional, safe, confidential and supportive space, and guidance (not advice) to work through your struggles until you find resolve at your own pace. Counselling is most effective when experienced at weekly frequencies, then gradually extending to fortnightly meetings, towards completion to Monthly/Bimonthly, in monitoring your progress and close of relationship.

Cancellation

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, you have 24hrs before the appointment to notify Suzanne for rescheduling. If you choose to cancel your appointment and not reschedule within the 24hrs window it will be considered a missed appointment. There are no refunds for counselling sessions once initiated. If you sign up for my services, you are committing to attending all sessions and adhere to all agreements we make.
