2D Floorplans available for special pricing

REMINDER: Return Trips for DRONE and/or additional photos/video will incur an additional Fee for Photos and or Video which may be the same fee as when originally booked.

SPECIAL NOTES ABOUT BOOKING:

1- Availability for bookings is for within 40 minutes of Northside Drive in Macon. Further will incur a Travel fee BUT if you book more than one the same day in the same area - the travel fee is only for one.

** Please ALWAYS Check the Travel Time to Sessions using GPS from Nu Way on Northside Drive.**

2- For sessions farther away, we will need to figure out the best timing after you book so your time may change. I will email you if so.

3- Homes should be Photo Ready on the day of the appointment.

4- To ensure you have the most current availability-please feel free to text or message me to coordinate in case of last minute openings.

5- If I need to return to redo photos for any reason including returning for exteriors for any reason, there will be a fee.

6- Photos are licensed for use by each licensee/client and not for transfer, sale or use by anyone except the photographer. I would be more than glad to email you a link to a video that explains this thoroughly.

Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE once services are completed.
