I AGREE TO THE YEAR MEMBERSHIP
Micro Mini's + Seasonal Membership Free Mini's are only valid for Micro Mini's + Seasonal Membership Free Mini's offered and their specific dates and times. Micro Mini's + Seasonal Membership Free Mini's cannot be booked on any date. Discount rate does not apply to additional image purchases or travel fees. Members ONLY Mini's + Seasonal Membership Free Mini's CANNOT be transferred or gifted to anyone else. Must be used by your immediate family ONLY. (Immediate Family meaning those living together)
Anytime Mini's can only be used for Family, Maternity, Milestone, Senior, or Couples/Engagement. Anytime Minis are up to 15 minutes with 7 fully hand edited/retouched images and 1 outfit.
Half Sessions can only be used for Family, Maternity, Milestone, Senior, or Couples/Engagement. Half Sessions are up to 25 minutes with 15 fully hand edited/retouched images and 1 outfit.
Full Sessions can be used for Family, Maternity, Milestone, Senior, or Couples/Engagement. Full Sessions are up to 45 minutes with 30 fully hand edited/retouched images and 2 outfits. (This is a membership exclusive, all other Full Sessions only allow 1 outfit. Changing time will cut into session time).
LOCATION: My studio (Willow Rose Studios in North OKC) or Yukon/OKC Metro. Most outdoor shoots are photographed at Yukon Chisholm Trails Park along the trails. Sessions can still be done outside these areas but will incur travel fees which will be discussed when booking. (Anywhere 15 miles outside the OKC Metro will incur a travel fee starting at $25. Wichita Mountains is a $85 travel fee. Gloss Mountains is a $95 travel fee).
You must use your session discount (10%, 15%, or 25%) on at least one session within the membership year. Remember, this can be used toward ALL Newborn Sessions (excluding Baby Plans) General Sessions, AND Seasonal Mini's.
THIS IS A ONE YEAR CONTRACT. YOU CANNOT CANCEL. After your full year is up, your membership goes month to month until you cancel. If you do not want to keep your membership after your year is up, you have that option. If you cancel before your 12 months from date of purchase is up, you are responsible for the remaining balance + a $75 cancellation fee. Remaining balance + $75 cancellation fee must be paid within 7 days of cancellation request.
REFUND POLICY: Due to the nature of your purchases all purchases are final. You understand there are no refunds. Thank you for your understanding. *
SESSION TIME FRAME: You are purchasing a yearly membership that is for 12 months from date of purchase.CANCELLATION: If you need to reschedule your session please do so 5 days or more BEFORE your scheduled session. Any reschedule requests/cancellations within the 5 days before your session will be charged a $25 reschedule fee or could result in a new session will be required to be repaid in full. Emergency situations will be treated differently. (This policy does not apply to Seasonal Mini's as they cannot be rescheduled).
LATE/NO CALL-NO SHOW POLICY : You have 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time to arrive. If arrival is later than 15 minutes your appointment will be automatically canceled and no refund will be issued. Thank you for respecting the photographers time. *
SEASONAL MINI LATE/NO CALL-NO SHOW POLICY : You have 5 minutes after scheduled appointment time to arrive. If arrival is later than 5 minutes your appointment will be automatically canceled and no refund will be issued. Thank you for respecting the photographers time. *
MICRO MINI LATE/NO CALL-NO SHOW POLICY : You have 3 minutes after scheduled appointment time to arrive. If arrival is later than 3 minutes your appointment will be automatically canceled and no refund will be issued. Thank you for respecting the photographers time. *
TURN AROUND TIMES: Standard and Premium Membership holders receive faster turn around times. Turn around times are typically 20-25 business days after your session, and 30-35 days during busy seasons. (For reference, my busiest seasons are Spring and Fall). Please know that this is just an estimate. Please keep in mind I put a lot of love and time into each of your images and am working extra hard to get them finished in a timely manner but I would not want to rush the process. PLEASE NOTE: it is appreciated if check-in, rush, or turn around messages are not sent. Check in messages bump my inbox out of order and can cause a delay in your sessions estimated editing time. Fast track options are availabile for purchase on page two of this form. if your session is more than 3 business days past the turn around time stated above, please feel free to send me a message. However, this has not happened before without prior notice from me. *

ANYTIME SESSION POLICY: These sessions take place outdoors in the evenings. Yukon/OKC Metro location. Weekday availability only (unless you are a Premium Membership holder). Must be booked 1-2 months in advance. If you fail to book your sessions in your membership your Anytime Session will be forfeited and no type of refund will be given. Your Anytime Session includes 7 Digitals with option to purchase more.
MODEL RELEASE: Stephanie Fowler Photography reserves the right to use images created under this agreement for advertising, display, competition, marketing materials, web site, publication or other purposes. By signing this agreement, Stephanie warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnity and defend the photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use. *
AVAILABILITY POLICY (ANYTIME SESSION, HALF SESSION, FULL SESSION): Appointments are scheduled upon availability ONLY. There are no certain weekends or weekdays that are guaranteed until you make your final reservation. You'll need to book with me as soon as you can. It is understood that it is solely the clients responsibility to get in contact with the photographer to schedule any general sessions. It is recommended to book your session at least one month in advance. Please be mindful of turn-around times as well to help determine when you should book, especially if you're looking to have your images around a certain date. *
COPYRIGHT: All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Stephanie Fowler and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce her work in any manner. This includes copying from the internet, even if they are watermarked. Please respect Stephanie’s livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. Copied, scanned, altered, or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradation of the original image quality. If client purchases high resolution digital files, a usage license will be included. *
PERFORMANCE POLICY: It's understood that sessions rely strictly on children's cooperation & in the case the children do not participate this will reflect on the quality of images. With this said Stephanie is trained & accustomed to dealing with all sorts of situations. However, if you ever feel like you would rather reschedule in the case of illness or an "off" day I can usually accommodate. I want to be able to provide the best possible images & I appreciate your understanding. (This policy does not apply to Seasonal Mini's as they cannot be rescheduled).WEATHER POLICY: (Outdoor Sessions) In the case of inclement weather, rescheduling may take place the night before your session. All outdoor sessions are subject to rescheduling due to weather. We can’t control weather, and with the unpredictable Oklahoma weather I like to reschedule 1-4 hours before the session. I keep you updated day of via email if it happens to not be looking so great outside that day. So be sure to be checking your email if you have an outdoor session and the weather is looking iffy day off. If reschedule date(s) do not work, credit is transferrable to/toward a different mini or general session.
SAFETY POLICY: The photographer reserves the right to terminate coverage and leave the location of your session, retaining all fees paid by client(s) and holding no further responsibilities to the client(s) if the photographer experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile, or offensive behavior from person(s) being photographed or in the event that the safety of the photographer or their equipment is in question.
RESHOOT POLICY: Reshoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, makeup, hair, weather related issues, behavioral issues, or by not following the recommendations and directions of the photographer.
EDITING POLICY: I will edit & color correct your session like any other SFP session. Sessions are photographed in the evenings, typically about an hour before sunset. Any earlier will affect the quality and the way images are edited. In the case your kiddo has a scratch or a sore that you want removed, after seeing the full gallery we'll ask that you tell us which pose numbers you would want us to look at. Depending on the situation we will color correct & edit normally without removing any "flaw" until you give us specifc pose numbers. This helps speed up our workflow & our turn around time. However, if you're unsure if it's something I can't edit out please inform your photographer before the session. For example a huge scab on their nose may not be something I can fix, so be sure to connect with your photographer prior. I do not edit out any hand props or unwanted items in the images so please be cautious as to what you give the kiddo (ex: cell phone, candy, etc.). *
