For individual sessions: we have a 48 hours in advance cancellation policy for all sessions once booked. If I cancel with less than 48 hours notice, unless it is an actual emergency, I will not receive a refund if I miss a scheduled session.

For classes: there are no refunds for classes, regardless of cancellation timeframe. Classes may be rescheduled to a future date at our discretion if a scheduling conflict arises for the student.
