Training Programmes General Terms:

Personal Training

- Cancellations must be made by 8 am on the day of the appointment, or are subject to full billing.

- If training is prior to 8 am, cancellation must be made by 8 pm the previous day. Failure to do so will result in full billing being applied.

Group and Personal Training sessions

- Classes and personal sessions must be used within the 4 weekly billing period, and cannot be held in credit to the following 4 weeks

- You are required to give a 30-day notice to cancel a membership with no exception.

- On-ramp programs are your first month's membership

Fixed Length Programs

- 4 week and 6 week programmes are not subject to refund once purchased.

- Classes and personal sessions must be used within the challenge period, and cannot be held in credit.

General

You can’t put a “hold” on your membership. Think of it as putting your sky or cell phone bill on hold because you can’t use it for 2 weeks.

All ongoing memberships auto-renew, but again, you can cancel at any time.

From time to time we may need to update these conditions. If so, we’ll keep you in the loop.

We may also deem it necessary to increase fees. Again, if this is the case we’ll be in touch with you in advance of any such change.
