By participating in my Spiritual Coaching Services you acknowledge that I am not a Licensed Psychologist or Health Care Professional and my services do not replace the care of Psychologist or other Health Care Professionals.

Soraya reserves the right to cancel and refund any sessions, products or subscription plans if needed to ensure all coaching relationships remain healthy and respectful.

Private Coaching Terms and Conditions:
All sales are final. 24-hour notice is required to cancel or re-schedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you forfeit your session.

Coaching Membership Terms and Conditions:
The Coaching Memberships are recurring 4 week subscription plans that allow you to book either weekly or biweekly (every 2 weeks) sessions. Upon completing this order form you will receive an email with a coupon code that you may use to book your sessions according to the plan you purchased. This code will work for the duration of your Coaching Membership. You may only schedule one session per week (Mon-Fri). Unused sessions do not roll over.

You are welcome to book your sessions as far in advance as you would like. Soraya will ensure that there will always be session times available, but it is up to the client to book, change or cancel their appointments based on their schedules and in accordance with the regular coaching terms.

If, for any reason, Soraya is unable to honor your scheduled weekly or bi-weekly session, you will be offered a coupon code for the missing session that you will be able to redeem within 3 months of the original appointment.

All members will receive a 15% off discount of any additional coaching sessions at www.TwinFlamesinHarmony.com. The code will be ‘Member’s last name15’ example: SMITH15. This will be available for the duration of the Coaching Membership.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via PayPal. Upon canceling, any membership sessions scheduled to take place after that date will be canceled/forfeited. If your subscription payment does not go through, your membership will be paused until the payment is completed. PayPal retries after 5 days from billing date.

Code is only to be used by members, for membership purposes.

Each student must respect the confidentiality and privacy of other students and not engage in any behavior that might be construed as libel, slander, defamation, abuse, attack, bullying, or hatred of any kind against any client, coach, student or affiliate of Twin Flames in Harmony, Twin Flames Universe, the Church of Union, or their affiliates in perpetuity. Any violation of these terms will result in a fee of no less than $5,000 USD adjusted for inflation plus damages.

Recording of any kind is prohibited in our sessions or classes, but students may take handwritten or typed notes.

All sales (and subscription payments) are final.

All regular coaching terms apply.

Note: I recommend booking your sessions 4-6 weeks in advance. The best time to do this is when your subscription is renewed on PayPal. This will ensure you always have your sessions scheduled at the time that works best for you.

Readings (www.TwinFlamesinHarmony.com):
All sales are final. The turn around time for readings is typically a week, but can vary based on demand. You will receive your reading in PDF format at the email address provided at purchase.
