Summer Fitness Programs
Summer Fitness Program - 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Grade
This program is good for UNLIMITED summer fitness classes for ONE ATHLETE from June 3rd to August 11th. Athletes will be tested the first week of the program and the last week of the program. Testing will be done for strength, speed, flexibility, agility and vertical. Testing will be done at ISW and at an offsite location for running. Athletes will have an online digital fitness profile that they can access for results and workouts. Choose the Program Grade your athlete will be in Fall 2024. One program per one athlete.
Summer Fitness Program - 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th Grade
