I agree to hold Adventure Unleashed and all associated harmless from all liability for any loss, injury, deaths, or damages to persons, animals, or property arising from or related to any person or dog.

I have noted the expiration date for my packages. Dog training takes commitment and regular practice, these expiration dates are listed to ensure your dog is getting timely practice. If you do not think you will have time to use all of the training before the package expires, please consider a different package. There will be no eceptions to the expiration date. Training not used prior to expiration will be forfeited.

I understand that dog training and associated activities have the potential to be dangerous and by participating in them I accepting responsibility for any injury to any person or dog, and damage caused by myself or my dog or dogs as a result of training my dogs under the guidance of Adventure Unleashed.

I will assume full financial responsibility, including veterinary bills, for any and all expenses involved in any incidents.

Under no circumstances will I cause, or threaten to cause harm (physical, mental, or emotional) to any dog, student, or staff member.

I will participate fully in all activities and follow staff member instructions to the best of my ability.

I will have my dog only on positive training compatible equipment at all times. If I have questions about equipment, I will ask an Adventure Unleashed staff member.

I will have my dog on leash and under control at all times unless specifically instructed by a staff member to unleash my dog.

If at any time I feel uncomfortable with what I am being asked to do or are concerned with my dog’s ability to safely complete the task, I will immediately bring those concerns to a staff member.

I will clean up after my dog at all times.

My dog is expected to have no uncontrollable aggression issues. If I have questions about this, I will contact an Adventure Unleashed staff member prior to attending day school.

I understand that I will be asked to pick my dog up from Day School with no refund if my dog's actions are hazardous to others or he/she is showing signs of a communicable disease.

I understand that payment is expected in full before the first session and no refunds or make up sessions will be given if I miss a session for any reason.
