I understand if I have thoughts of harming myself or others I will seek emergency help. The Aromaspecialists and their coaches are not able to assist with this urgent matter.

I am aware that even if my program includes 30 days to see if the program is a fit for me, it does not mean that I am granted a refund. It means my program is made even more customizable for exactly what I need within The Aromaspecialists expertise of messaging, speaking and mood and my satisfaction is priority.

I understand that all 1:1 sessions are 30-45 minutes.

I understand that sessions do not roll over without prior approval, they are designed to be booked once per month.

I agree to have payment plans billed automatically each month with the card that is on file. Or provide a new form of payment if required.

I understand that all non-private sessions are recorded. The Aromaspecialists may or may not use my comments on their social media, website or event. If I do not consent I will notify The Aromaspecialists via email.

I understand that The Aromaspecialists does not work on projects that are spirituality based, political in nature, holiday related, anything involving profanity, hate speech or religious in nature.

I understand that if I have personal/life emergencies and I will be away for 30 days or more and unable to give adequate attention to the program I signed up for I must communicate this to The Aromaspecialists team to discuss my options to pause the program. I am aware that payments are not paused as a result.
