Learn a little routine you can immerse yourself in. The goal is not to perform (of course, you can show and tell as you please!) but to BE. To feel utterly alive in your body. To love yourself and appreciate yourself anew through sensual movement.

We'll do the routine again and again to different music, different paces, to feel comfortable in the movements. Time for dialogue and questions will be available throughout the workshop. Feel free to bring your own music to dance to for your final dance at the end!
