The 3 sessions includes an assessment/workout and 2 full workouts. You'll be introduced to the Studio Apparatus. You'll work on the Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Arm Chair, Wunda Chair and Mat as we work on your goals and discover what your body needs. It is the perfect opportunity for you to learn the key elements and help you integrate them into future practise.
