This membership includes one sixty minute service each month. You can choose prenatal, postpartum, custom massage, or yoga therapy. Each session is with a certified massage therapist that specializes in perinatal and therapeutic massage. The therapist will customize your massage to your individual needs and offer recommendations for at home practices and frequency of massage to keep the benefits of your sessions lasting longer.

3 months minimum, then cancel anytime

After 3 months you can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days notice. We encourage clients to share their membership with friends and family when they are unable to use their massage, as we do not allow credits to roll over. Pre booking is recommended to help guarantee therapist and ideal time. We cannot guarantee evening, weekend, or therapist without advanced pre booking. Tips are not included in membership pricing. If your membership is not utilized for three months in a row we will cancel your membership, so you do not continue to incur charges.

Join us on May 20th from 1230-330pm for a three hour workshop to introduce techniques for partner massage, support during labor, and ways to confidently connect with your infant. Bring your partner, BFF, or grandma-to-be with you for this fun session so they can learn techniques to give you some massage at home and acquire the tools to transform their massage techniques from “good” to “great”. The benefits of massage are amplified the more consistently it is received, this workshop will help your partner feel confident in offering massage more regularly at home.
A portion of the session will be on a massage table where a therapist and your partner will give you a massage. We share techniques to bring home and tips for common frustrations like set up and achy, tired massage hands. We will also teach you and your partner skills that can be used leading up to and during birth to ease discomforts in the body and provide space for connection and support. Class will include an introduction to infant massage, an ancient art of families giving loving touch to their babies. It helps with family bonding, calms your baby and calms the caregiver as well. You can expect to leave feeling connected to your partner and confident in your newly learned skills.
