Service Fees and Cancellation Policy:

Private In Home Lessons are one hour long. Initial consultation is generally 60-90 minutes and is required prior to scheduling a package of lessons or Out And About Field Trips. $105.00 for consultation. Single lessons will be 60 minutes in length at $105.00. Well Mannered Dog Package of 5 one-hour lessons $500.00. Out And About Dog Package of 8 lessons $760.00.

Package rates only apply when paid in full at the time of booking. If package is not purchased then the single rate will apply to each lesson after the initial consultation.

To keep training on track you will have 60 days from the date of your first lesson to complete a package of 5 lessons. You will have 120 days from the date of your first lesson to complete a package of 8 lessons. If lessons are not completed in this time frame your lessons will be forfeited and no refund will be issued for uncompleted lessons.

Services:

Trainer agrees to provide private training services for the client and dog in a reliable and caring manner. Private training sessions will take place at the client’s home, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Trainer will make every reasonable effort to help client achieve training goals. Trainer cannot and does not guarantee to “solve” or “fix” the dog’s behavior or outcome of the sessions.

Client understands that he/she and members of the family must follow trainer's instruction without modification, work with dog daily as recommended, and constantly reinforce training being given to the dog

Cancellation and Refunds

A minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is required for cancelling your lesson. A fee may be assessed if less than 24 hours is given. Second short notice cancellation will be considered a lesson. Likewise, trainer will provide notice of cancellation and reschedule due to inclement weather. No refund will be provided if trainer arrives for a scheduled lesson and no one is home.

Liability:

If dog causes property damage, bites or injures any dog, animal or person (including trainer but not limited to trainer), during or after the term then the client agrees to pay all resulting losses and damages suffered or incurred and to defend and indemnify trainer from any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses including attorney fees. If dog is in a fight or in any other manner during or after the term client assumes the risk and agrees the trainer should not be held responsible for and resulting injuries. losses, damages, costs or expenses.
