1) Organize: We organize your job search, show you how to set up job alerts and create a new email for your reverse recruiting.
You are assigned to coach through this process and work down our "to do" list via our Rapid Job Search Course video getting coaching along the way in critical points. Add additional coaching or services if desired.
Stage 2
1) Apply: We apply or teach you how to correctly apply for 5 roles. We realign, keyword optimize, craft your cover letter, save as a .pdf, find the URLs of 2 of the right people on LinkedIn to reach out to so you can get their radar, we write scripts for you to paste in and then we send you the application package with a 1-2-3 step instruction so it takes you 5 minutes to apply and reach out. Applying only has a 15% chance of getting you an interview. Our process increases it to 30%. You can always buy a 5 ($499) or 10 pack ($949) if you want us to do more for you.

2) Interview Prep Session 1-Hour Virtual Coaching: We interview prep/role play to land more offers using a highly effective consultative strategy. You start interviewing.

1) Salary Negotiations: In a virtual coaching session, we work together to pull salary data and talk about what you should be making, how to negotiate for your highest salary, and ensure if you need legal help with negotiating your package, that we can connect you to the right people.
2) Assessment & Additional Coaching: We assess which is taking more traction (reverse recruiting or job applications) and you can refocus your efforts accordingly.
