All sales are final (that means that refunds are not offered). You are welcome to reschedule your appointment a minimum of 24 hours prior to your original appointment. Clients are responsible for rescheduling their appointments. No-show appointments or appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment takes place will be billed for that appointment.

Disclaimer

The coaching services you will be receiving are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions.

You understand that the coach is not acting as a mental health counselor or a medical professional and that courses and coaching are not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and will not use it in place of any form of therapy.

By default, the coaching is confidential. The one and only exception to this policy is in the case of imminent harm to yourself or another person. In cases where the coach expect there is a risk of imminent harm, the coach may disclose such information as is required to ensure the safety of all parties.

Client is responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the client agrees that the coach is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the coach.

You hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Jessica Dolce, any agents, personal representatives, and executors from any claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have or that you may have resulting from the course and/or coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.

All client information will be held as confidential unless client states otherwise in writing, except as required by law.
