By clicking this checkbox & purchasing from us, you agree to these policies:

-There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all Flex Classes. With less than 24 hours notice, you forfeit your class credit and it will not be returned to your account unless we are able to fill your spot with someone on a wait list for that class.

-There is a 48 hour cancellation policy for one-on-one appointments, including but not limited to: Day School Evaluations, ITP Meet & Greets, Puppy Teacher Conferences, Virtual Consults, private lessons. With less than 48 hours notice, you forfeit your payment and no credit will be returned to your account.

-There is a 7 day cancellation policy for linear group classes (including but not limited to: Reactive Recovery, CGC Prep, Intro to Agility), workshops, & seminars. Refund requests made with less than 7 days notice will only be honored if we can fill your spot with someone on the wait list. Seminar & workshop cancellations made with more than 7 days notice are subject to a 25% processing fee.

-The only circumstance under which we will extend the expiration date of a Flex Pass is injury or illness to you or your dog. We will need a note from your veterinarian or doctor with the date of the injury or illness and the date(s) you/your dog is unable to attend class, and we will extend your class pass accordingly.

-Unlimited programs: Please only register for classes or workshops you intend to attend. We have a "Three Strikes" policy. A last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours), no-show, or late appointment results in a strike. After your third strike, all future appointments will be cancelled and you will be unable to attend appointments until your dog's next renewal. Dogs are limited to attending one class per day.

-There are no refunds on partially-used dog training programs, packages, or Class Passes.

-There is a 10% service fee on refunds for unused dog training programs. If you are at all unsure about what you are selecting, please contact us before making a purchase.

-Good dog trainers are in high demand! Please understand that our private lesson programs (Puppy Jumpstart, From Basic to Brilliant, Behavior Consulting, Lunge & Barkers Anonymous) are generally booking 4-6 weeks in advance. After you purchase your program, we will contact you to schedule all included private appointments. This means your initial consultation will almost certainly be 4-6 weeks from today, then your subsequent lessons will take place every 1-2 weeks after that. Puppy Day School evaluations are generally booking 7-10 days in advance.

After making your purchase, your credits will be attached to your e-mail address. Select the appointment type you'd like to register for, enter your information, and click the "Redeem Package or Code" button. You'll be good to go!
