Save Your Certificate Code - After you "Complete Order" you will be able to click "schedule" to book your next appointment(s). Save your code if you want to come back later to book more appointments.

Register a log in account - Registering an account makes it easier to manage bookings, certificate codes and purchases. It also saves intake forms and required tick box responses so that you don't have to keep repeating them. Not sure how to do it? Watch this video

Fees - Those who purchase coaching programs on a payment or instalment plan agree to pay the full price of the desired program plus a 2% transaction fee, which is included in the stated price. The initial setup fee covers admin costs for the program. There are no refunds or extensions for missed appointments or Outdoor Group Training sessions.

Cancellations for other services such as; private personal training, coaching and workshops received with less than 24 hours advanced notice of the scheduled appointment are not refunded but may be rescheduled if done at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. Outdoor Group Training sessions can be rescheduled with 12 hours advanced noticed.
