In your bespoke sessions you will learn how to support your pelvic floor, core and overall health and feel empowered during your Pregnancy.
We shall combine functional strength, movement, mobility, birth and 4th trimester preparation with exercises that will truly get you stronger for labour and birthing and support you in your early post natal days, weeks and months.
You will learn easy rest and self-care strategies as part of your motherhood wellness journey, as well as the essentials of optimal nutrition for both you and your baby during your pregnancy and into the postnatal period.

Holistic Core Restore® Recovery Exercise and Massage Programme

every 4 weeks for 16 weeks (£400.00 total)
It’s a fully holistic foundation to your future health. We’ll educate you about your surgery and make the science very simple. We’ll teach you to lift and manage pressure in your core for life. We’ll help you understand the importance of maintaining and improving your bone health, cardiovascular health, gut and bowel health right now as a means of supporting your pelvic health! We’ll guide you to supporting your health deeply with ‘food as medicine’.

Holistic Core Restore® Diastasis Exercise Recovery - 6 sessions of exercise programming

per month for 4 months (£350.00 total)
A BESPOKE programme grounded by a hands-on assessment, soft-tissue and massage therapy and clear direction on ESSENTIAL healing nutrition, clear instructions on helpful lifestyle choices and most importantly a safe, ’functional’ and modern movement and exercise programme that will help you heal your Diastasis, improve your Core function and guarantee you a better looking belly and a Pelvic Floor that does its job. 6 one hour sessions

Holistic Core Restore® C-Section Exercise and Massage Programme

per month for 4 months (£350.00 total)
C-Section Recovery is challenging for many women and a deeper approach is required to ensure that their recovery is truly an inside-out affair. Just like the Diastasis Recti client, there needs to be a deep assessment of the woman’s core strength and connection and then a programme involving hands on massage therapies, nutrition, scar tissue release, postural re-alignment work before we finally get to the ‘core restoring’ exercise part of the puzzle. C-Section mothers simply need more help and Nina is deeply trained to assist you in your deep recovery and return to awesome, fully functional abdominals.
