Mindful sound meditation classes introduce you to the sound and vibration of crystal and Himalayan bowls and provides information on how sound can assist in meditation, mindfulness and stress reduction. Both informative and immersive, you will come away with the experience of how sounds can induce peacefulness and promote mental and emotional balance.
Designed for people who are seeking a comprehensive shift in their life, with the opportunity to focus on many areas. Start with one 90-minute Visioning Session, followed by 5 private coaching sessions with email support in between. We meet bi-weekly for 60 minutes in person, phone or Skype.
