Beyond Triggers: Diets for Migraine (Virtual Workshop - 9 April - 1pm AEDT)

We are beginning to understand that what we eat can play a significant role in preventing migraine.

In fact, a few tweaks to our diet can have a HUGE impact on the frequency and severity of migraines. I should know - good nutrition has made a real difference to my own experience of migraines.
In clinical practice, I've discovered that there are 5 different diet approaches which work well for migraine management.
