A 15 minute massage is used to work one specific area of the body.
A 30 minute massage is generally used to work on one half of the body. For example, we could work back, shoulders, and neck or hamstrings, calves, and feet. We can also mix and match to your preference, for example, back, shoulders, and feet. Just let me know how I can best serve you!
A 45 minute massage is used when you need a little more than 30 minutes but not quite 60 minutes. The extra time can be spent going a little deeper in the same spots as a 30 minute massage or you can add a couple more spots to be worked on.
A 60 minute massage is generally used to work the whole body. This includes neck, shoulders, back, arms, hands, hamstrings, calves, and feet.
Chair Massage
If you're nervous about getting a massage, a 15 minute chair massage is a great way to ease into it. The whole massage takes place in a massage chair without any disrobing. It's primarily used to massage the back, shoulders, and neck. It's also great if you don't have time for a longer massage.
