> I understand that The Pet Republic requires all dogs to be free of contagious disease and parasites including, but not limited to, Giardia, Coccidia, any variety of worms, distemper, parvo, and kennel cough. I understand that, if my dog has been diagnosed with a parasite or illness, I am required to provide a note from my veterinarian stating that my dog is "healthy, non-contagious and appropriate for a group setting" and until that note is submitted and approved by the office, my dog is not eligible to attend classes.
