Chakra Balance workshop

This workshops have been designed to help women who want to reconnect with their life's purpose and find that feeling of peace and true happiness.
These unique series of workshops dedicated to exploration of main energy centers (check the dates on the website) and is centred around yoga and aromatherpay, where you will get a chance to explore your feelings and become aware of your body’s mental and physical needs in a safe environment with like minded supportive souls.
We use a fusion Hatha and Tantra yoga as a base for each class and include meditations, chanting, dancing and various breathing techniques. We practice in a candle lit room, use aroma oils, bolsters, cushions and straps to deepen your yoga practice and to bring you a sense of presence and tranquility.
During each workshop you will learn about chakras (electro magnetic centres in your body) and how they affect your energy, anxiety and heighten fears. You will be given the tools to examine and balance your energy centres, helping you tune into your strong feminine energy and giving you the motivation and drive to meet your goals.
Be prepared to step out of your comfort zone, you might go though various emotions and sensation which all together will help you to create that change and find the happiness and balance you have been striving for.

This class is a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, encouraging an inward journey to deepen the mind, body and soul connection. You will practise a range of yoga postures, balancing strength with flexibility and with a focus on alignment. Breath awareness and breathing techniques (pranayama) are integral to the practice and are intimately connected to the postures. Working with movement, breath, deep relaxation and meditation you will find a deeper awareness and balancing of the subtle body, incorporating the chakras, bandhas and flow of internal energy.

The Balance it! Yoga course has been designed to help women who feel overwhelmed by life to find feeling of calm, peace and happiness.

Tridosha balancing practice for women

Tridosha Practice for women is one of the key series in Kaula Tantra yoga. It allows us to reach deep state of relaxation through a meditative approach to asana practice.

It is best to know less and experience more. This session includes yoga asanas, breathing exercises, aromatherapy, tea and vegan treats at the end in a circle.

Total time of the session is 3hrs, 15:00-18:00 on the 12th of October.
