As a TAP member, I agree to the following terms and conditions:
The Access Project ("TAP") is an innovative legal subscription program created to bridge the gap between creative entrepreneurs, small business owners and lawyers. Due to the unique nature of TAP, it is important to create and maintain clear communication during this process. These are the terms and conditions of our legal relationship.
Range of Services. TAP provides a platform for creative entrepreneurs and small business owners to receive information from and connect with The Law Office of Temi Siyanbade, PLLC ("TOS") and her affiliates. Under this agreement, TOS is able to provide business resources, legal maintenance, and general/limited counsel and advice.
Features vary depending on the package, but may include:
I understand that The Access Project is a subscription service that does not create an attorney-client relationship. To hire Temi Siyanbade as my attorney for specific legal guidance beyond general information, an additional contract must be signed outlining the specific legal services to be provided.
Confidentiality. As a TAP subscriber, you will be given exclusive access to many resources created by our Firm and affiliates. You agree not to share your unique access information, passwords, or materials with others. We agree to value the investment of money you are making, and time our Firm has spent by keeping this material exclusive.
Excluded Services. The following services will not be included in the Plan benefits:
Standard of LiabilityYou agree that the delivery or failure to deliver the services described in this Agreement will not create a different standard of liability for our Firm other than the reasonable and customary standard that would ordinarily apply to legal services without this Agreement.
Fees. As discussed, this is a legal subscription service. As a result, I agree to have my debit or credit card charged monthly or annually in accordance with the option that I select. At the beginning of the subscription, I may also be required to pay an initial administrative set-up fee. These fees are not retainer fees. These are subscription fees. A subscription fee means that you and I agree to consider the fee earned upon payment based on the totality of resources made available to me. We understand that my decision to use the resources or not to use the resources does not change the nature of the fee. This authorization remains in effect unless you cancel it by sending written notice to the Firm by email or cancelling your subscription using the link in your confirmation email.
Staffing. The Law Office of Temi Siyanbade, PLLC will be the primary firm responsible for managing TAP. When questions or comments arise about my services , please contact me. My telephone number is 713.300.9204 and my email address is email@example.com. It is important that you are satisfied with my services and responsiveness.
Termination and Cancellation. I may cancel my subscription at anytime using the link I receive in my email. This page allows me to cancel the subscription which will stop the subscription and not charge me again. From here, I can also view all of their past payments, and update the credit card on file for the next payment. Likewise, The Law Office Temi Siyanbade retains the right to remove any user from the service with or without cause. Temi Siyanbade cannot be held liable for any consequences stemming from a suspension or termination of services governed by this agreement.
Disclaimer of Guarantee and Estimates. Nothing in this agreement nor in above statements are construed as a promise or a guarantee about the outcome of the matter. The comments provided about business outcomes are expressions of opinion.
Acceptance. This statement correctly reflects my understanding of the terms and conditions of the subscription, and I confirm my acceptance by checking the box provided below. Upon acceptance, these terms and conditions will apply retroactively to the date I subscribe.
