If you purchased a subscription, your monthly subscription will start when your payment is received and will continue forthe amount of time specific to your selected program. When you purchase a monthly subscription, auto-renew is automatically applied. At the end of the monthly subscription period, you will automatically be signed up and billed for an additional subscription term at the current pricing. If you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you may cancel prior to the end of your current subscription term. After your purchase your subscription you will be prompted to schedule your first appointment of your program, if you run into any issues when scheduling please contact us immediately at info@theresheglowssc.com.

Gift Cards:

There She Glows LLC reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time. This, however does not affect your legal rights. Use of your gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. There She Glows’ (TSG) gift cards remain the property of TSG who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so.

The value of your gift card can be redeemed for its monetary amount towards any service but not on products. The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.

In cases where your TSG gift card is lost or stolen, we will be unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. TSG cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a gift card as a result of theft or fraud. All electronic gift cards have a special PIN which is required for online scheduling. TSG cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use where the card number and/ or PIN have become known to another party.
