The customer acknowledges that you have voluntarily chosen and requested to participate in individual consultation, yoga class, workshop, event, and/or program with Anna Miley.
The customer is aware that participation in the individual consultation, yoga class, workshop, event, or program includes physical movement which carries with it the risk of injury. The customer acknowledges that a certain minimum level of physical health and fitness will be required. By signing up for any class, workshop, event or programme, the customer represents that he/she possess the level of health necessary to participate in these activities. The customer is voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the risks of injury. The customer assumes all responsibility and liability for any and all injuries he/she may sustain due to his/her participation in these activities.
Prior to your first class at StudioMove or participation in a workshop, event or program with Anna Miley, please make sure that your Client Registration Form has been completed and submitted to the studio. For your health and wellbeing, if this has not been completed before your first class, you cannot participate in the class.
In consideration for being permitted to participate in the yoga class, workshop, event, or activity, the customer agrees that he/she, his/her heirs, assignees, guardians, and legal representatives will not make any claim against, sue, or attach the property of, any of the hosts, instructors, organisers, or participants in the yoga class, workshop, event, or activity including but not limited to Anna Miley, for injury or damage resulting from my participation in such yoga class, workshop, event, or activity. The customer releases all such hosts, instructors, organizers, and participants, their agents and heirs, from any and all actions, causes of action, lawsuits, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, guardians, and legal representatives now have or hereafter may have for any and all injury, illness, loss of or damage to property associated with my participation in the yoga class, workshop, event, or activity.
The customer has the responsibility to discuss any health concerns with a health care professional and to make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class, workshop, event, programme.
If you are pregnant, become pregnant or are post-natal or post-surgical, by signing up to class you confirm that you have physician's approval to participate.
The customer will inform Anna Miley or any cover teacher/instructor of any medical changes.
Etiquette and Attire Policy/Guidelines
• Out of respect for the class and other students, and for your own safety and wellbeing, we cannot include you in the class if you are more than 3 minutes late (and we really encourage you to arrive for class 10 minutes early). Classes start on time.
• If you attend a class, please stay for the entirety of the class.
• Comfortable exercise attire of your choice.
• Recommended – T-shirt/singlet, shorts/leggings, supportive bra as applicable. We encourage modesty in fairness to other students. Wear layers for the cooler weather. Clothing which adheres to your personal comfort and beliefs is encouraged.
• We do not recommend clothing that restricts your movement or distracts your focus during class.
• Ensure your mobile phone is turned off.
Personal Equipment Requirements
The following are highly recommended, although optional:
• Water bottle
• A mat (we do supply mats to use at no cost)
Payments/Refunds/Cancellations (Online and in-person services)
Payment is due in full at time of booking and is non-refundable. The payment may be credited to another class/workshop or event at the discretion of Anna Miley.
In the event that Anna Miley has to cancel the class/workshop/event a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Online classes or services will not be compensable in the event you (meaning you, the participant) has any technical difficulty interfering or preventing you from participation in the service.
All subscriptions are auto-debited by payment processor Stripe. If your payment is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, your subscription will be cancelled. Subscriptions auto-debit on the first of the month. The #seriousyogi Monthly Membership is able to be cancelled at anytime with 14 days written notice. The ONLINE live streaming membership is a 2 month (2 payment cycles) contract. At the end of the 2 month contract, this membership type can be cancelled with 14 day written notice. If you do not provide 14 days notice before the first day of the month your account will be debited for the next payment cycle.
Are strictly valid for the time stated. Passes are not refundable nor transferable.
All fees must be paid on time in order to commence the Teacher Training. All fees paid are non transferable and non refundable.
If payment plans have been agreed, all payments must be made on time in order to proceed with the Training.
In either case you are responsible for the full payment of fees for the entire Programme regardless of whether you actually attend, complete or use all of the component events, products or inclusions (as applicable).
Your payment plan will be set up through Stripe unless otherwise agreed.
In the event that Anna Miley has to cancel the event a full refund will be issued via the original payment method, minus the Booking Fee which remains non-refundable regardless.
Coaching Programs/Packages and Private Lessons Payment
All fees must be paid on time in order to commence the Package or Programme. All packages and programmes are non transferable and non refundable.
If payment plans have been agreed, all payments must be made on time in order to proceed with the Package or Programme.
All Programmes must be completed within the stated programme terms. There will be no credit for enrolments not completed within this time.
The sessions will be delivered face to face, by phone call, Zoom platform or other as appropriate.
If you cancel a single session within 12 hours of the appointment your session will be forfeited. A minimum of 12 hours is required to reschedule an appointment.
If for any reason I deem it necessary to change the date or time, mode or location I may do so by notifying you of the changes I make. There is no refund available under any of these circumstances.
All Packages and Programmes are non refundable. If you do not attend a Program component in which you are enrolled a refund or credit is not available and you will need to purchase the full Programme again if you wish to add additional sessions.
