Coaching
You agree that you are participating in coaching with Josephine Hughes at your own risk and that I shall not be liable under any circumstances for any matter arising out of your participation (other than for matters for which I am not legally able to exclude or limit liability).
Due to the nature of coaching, I do not guarantee any particular result. I will endeavour to ensure that all information that I provide is accurate and up-to-date but I shall not be liable for any claims arising from such information being inaccurate or not up-to-date or otherwise.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. The contract may be cancelled within 14 days of the first payment and a full refund will be given. Where coaching has taken place or digital downloads have been provided, the cost of any sessions or downloads will be deducted from the payment.
For coaching, individual sessions may be rescheduled within the payment period. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
