If you're struggling to navigate change, feeling stuck, lost or unsure of how to move forward this package can help you set find clarity through a process of supported self-discovery.
WORK - FAMILY - LIFE
During each session we'll identify patterns and develop practical 'homework' that can support, resource and/or challenge you in all the right ways.
Sessions take place on zoom, via a WhatsApp call, or outside in Frome. Please drop me a note/email and wait for confirmation if you'd like to meet in person.
This is a package of 5 x 30 minute sessions to be used before the end of March 2025. You can add 2 sessions together if you'd prefer a longer intro session.
