We are a lash and brow studio located in Frisco, Tx. VIP Studio began their journey in Lewisville, Tx as Flores Med Spa and opened their doors to the public in the Summer of 2017. VIP Studio’s Non-Negotiable Policy

Any deposits paid will go towards your appointment and the difference can be paid the day of.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
We do not issue REFUNDS for any reason. If you’ve paid for a service in advance and wish to change the service, you may use that credit towards your next appointment
NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the original price for the total amount of services booked.
Cancellations/Reschedules done with less than 24hrs notice will also be charged 100% of the original price for the total amount of services booked.
Rescheduling and cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to time of appointment.
More than 15 minutes late will result in one of three options:

1. Reschedule Appointment (100% Charge Applied).

2. Less appointment time (We will do as much as we can in the amount of time given).

3. Appointment Cancellation (No Refund and 100% Charge Applied).
