Breathwork is a powerful yoga tool for transforming your wellbeing and mental health. In each class, we will spend the first 10-15 minutes moving through poses using breath adaptation to prepare the breath and body for breathwork. Then we will practice seated pranayama (breathwork) and meditation for 15-20 minutes. This practice is best suited for those that have a regular yoga practice.
