Six weekly Reproductive Reflexology Sessions.

Reproductive Reflexology is targeted reflexology to support the male reproductive system as well as the Central Nervous System (CNS) affected by the stress response.

The aim is to improve overall sperm health and semen parameters through foot reflexology - areas on the feet that are connected via the nervous, circulatory, hormonal, lymphatic and energy systems.

Most men find reflexology deeply relaxing allowing them to fully switch off their mind bringing a sense of peace and calm.
As well as supporting reproductive health, sessions help to reinforce the importance of looking after the overall health and wellbeing of the male partner with regards to conception, pregnancy and parenting as well as offering a confidential space where they can be supported whilst being a rock for their partners.

Sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis for six weeks and are then spread out bi-weekly for another 6 weeks covering the suggested three months required due to sperm cell development.

Please note this package does not include the bi-weekly sessions.
