For cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, we extend full credit towards the cost of a future session; for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment, we will provide 50% credit towards a future session. With less than 24 hours notice, we apologize but we do not provide credits or refunds. You can reschedule your appointment yourself online if you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will need to contact us to reschedule.
For twice per month sessions, you must submit a written request to cancel our contract at least 10 days prior to your next billing. Once you have been billed, no refunds will be issued for that month.
