We want you to have the best possible experience in the studio. I am a fully certified teacher with many years of teaching experience. Classes are kept small and personal. To be able to do this some policies need to be in place.

Passes have a set validity. Please use your pass within this time frame. The pass is non-transferable and non-refundable and its validity cannot be extended.

When you book a class or pass you’ll get an appointment and receipt. Please note I am not able to issue any duplication or additional invoice or receipt.

Single classes payments are also non-refundable and non-transferable.

There is a strict 24 hours cancellation policy for group classes and 24 hours for private or studio classes. The full fee will be charged outside those cancellation policy time-frames.

We reserve the right to cancel a class if there are fewer than 5 people and clients will be given reasonable time notice. No charges will apply

MONTLY SUBSCRIPTIONS: You can cancel your subscriptions anytime before your next billing period. Once you are charged for the month subscriptions are not refundable. Partials refunds of unused subscriptions are not allowed.

Please be aware that the yoga/pilates instructor does not assume any responsibility for determining your medical fitness to participate in a class, nor assumes any responsibility for any injuries to you or loss of property by you in or about the premises. It is the responsibility of the client to inform his or her instructor of any medical conditions, which should be taken into consideration while practising yoga/pilates either on the mat or the reformer

It is my (the client's) responsibility to ask for clarifications on anything that I do not understand. I will not put my body in any position that does not feel comfortable. If I feel any pain I will stop immediately. I understand this class is for me to develop an awareness of my body and will learn to heed the messages it sends me. I agree to waive claims against any persons connected with the practice for any injuries I may sustain and I assume full responsibility for all my actions related to practice.
