BOOKING POLICY:
At the time of booking, a retainer fee is required to secure your date and time. This fee can be paid in the form of credit card via Stripe.

PAYMENT POLICY:
All shoots must be paid in full prior to your session via cash or credit card.

LATE POLICY:
If the client runs more than 15 mins late, a surcharge fee of $15 will be added for every additional 10 minutes they are late. If additional time is needed to accommodate the client for their tardiness, a $50/hr fee + additional late fees will be applied to their final invoice. If the client is unwilling to pay the late fees, the session will be cancelled, no exceptions.

CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING:
ALL retainer fees & session are non-refundable. Client may reschedule the date of the portrait shoot listed above no later than 7 days prior to scheduled appointment time as specified in the acuity confirmation email with the written approval of the Photographer. Should the Photographer be unable to accommodate the Client's rescheduled date, the Client will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of this portrait photography contract, but will forfeit their initial retainer.

TURNAROUND TIME:
Clients will receive image proofs within 3 days of their shoot. Image proofs are watermarked and unedited. Images can take roughly 10 business days (Monday-Friday) to edit, depending on the package selected. If the client would like the unedited images without the watermark it's $10 per image.

EDIT TYPES:
Lightly Retouched: Includes color grading, correcting exposure, sharpness and clarity of the image.

Hi-end Retouch: Includes everything mentioned in lightly retouched plus evening out skin tones, removing blemishes and fly aways.

MODEL RELEASE:
For valuable consideration received, CLIENT grants to Winston Walker ("Photographer") and his/her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, or in which CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval. CLIENT hereby release Photographer and his/her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

Payment of retainer fee constitutes as agreement to IBW Headshots policy & procedures.
