Athletes are taken through a movement screening and a series of performance tests to generate a baseline and build a customized training program. Evaluations take about 30 minutes and are $39 or free with any membership plan.

It includes a 30 minute nutrition consultation + 2 personalized meal plans + 2 30 minute follow up appointments with sports nutrition education to help you reach your goal weight or build healthier habits. All consultations include a dietitian recipe book and nutrition resources.
